These terms apply to the Facility 17966 website and family portal, operated by Jason Vujnich ("we", "us"). By using the site or portal you agree to them.
A private, invitation-only facility
Facility 17966 is private property and is not open to the public. Lessons, clinics and camps are for invited players only. Sending an invitation request doesn't guarantee an invitation, and the facility may decline or end an invitation at any time.
Waivers come first
Every participant must have a signed waiver and release before taking part; a parent or legal guardian signs for players under 18. The signed waiver governs participation. These terms don't replace it.
Your account
Keep your login details private and your contact and player information accurate, including emergency contacts and medical notes. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may deactivate an account that's misused; records required by our insurance are kept.
On site
Follow the posted facility rules and coaches' instructions. Sessions are coach-supervised. Siblings may be on site only with their own signed waiver and their parent or guardian supervising them. Areas not part of the program, including the swimming pool and trampoline, are closed to attendees.
Fees
If a program or lesson has a fee, it's shown before you register or confirm. Many programs are free.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Facility 17966 account notifications.
- What we send: messages about your account, players, waivers, registrations, payments, schedule changes, cancellations and safety notices. No marketing.
- Opt-in: you agree to texts when you create your account and confirm your mobile number.
- Frequency: varies with your players' schedules.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply START to resume.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected] or 5615314824.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your mobile number is covered in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The website
We work to keep the site accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Content on this site belongs to Facility 17966.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
