Facility 17966, operated by Jason Vujnich, is a private, invitation-only baseball training facility in The Acreage, FL ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the family portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Invitation requests: your name, email, mobile number (optional), your players' names and ages, what they'd like to work on, and anything you tell us in your message.
- Family and coach accounts: names, email, mobile number, and a password (stored as a secure one-way hash, so no one can read it).
- Players: name, date of birth, emergency contact, and any medical notes or allergies you choose to share so coaches can keep players safe.
- Waivers: the signed document, the typed and drawn signature, and the date, time, IP address and device used to sign.
- Participation records: registrations, session attendance, private lessons, incident reports and safety records.
- Payments, if any: amounts and how they were paid. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: a copy of the emails and texts we send you, and replies such as STOP.
How we use it
To reply to invitation requests, run lessons, clinics and camps, keep players safe, contact you about your account and schedule, meet the requirements of our insurance (for example, signed waivers and attendance records), and handle any payments. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree when you create your account, we text the mobile number on your account about your account, players, waivers, registrations, payments, schedule changes, cancellations and safety notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Stopping texts does not stop account emails.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services needed to run the program:
- Coaches and staff, who see what they need for their sessions (for example, rosters, emergency contacts and medical notes).
- Service providers that host this website and deliver our email (Mailgun), texts (Twilio) and card payments (Stripe), who may only use it to provide their service to us.
- Our insurance company or broker, when needed for a claim, an audit or required reporting.
- Emergency responders, or anyone else when required by law.
How long we keep it
Our insurance requires us to keep signed waivers, attendance, incident and safety records, including after an account is closed; the insurer may audit them for up to three years after a policy ends. We keep those records permanently and never alter them. If you close your account, we stop contacting you and keep only what these records require.
Children
Information about players under 18 is provided by a parent or legal guardian, who signs waivers on the player's behalf. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and protect forms from misuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and signed waivers and uploaded documents are stored privately and can only be opened by the facility's admins and the family they belong to.
Your choices
You can view and update your account and players in the family portal, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us what we hold about you or to close your account.
